These terms apply to all wholesale orders unless a written quotation or order confirmation states otherwise.

Orders may be submitted through the A Bit of Art online order form or by email to care@aboabrands.com. All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and credit approval. A Bit of Art may refuse, limit, cancel or correct an order before shipment and will notify the buyer.
All prices are in USD. Opening order minimum: $300 net. Reorder minimum: $150 net. The standard MOQ is 12 units per SKU; quantities from different SKUs cannot be combined. Any SKU-specific exception stated in the quotation applies.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis and include door-to-door delivery. A Bit of Art is responsible for all freight costs, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges.
Opening orders are prepaid. Approved repeat accounts may receive Net 30 terms. Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer (ACH/wire) as stated on the invoice. Prices, freight and availability may change until confirmed in writing.
Standard production lead time is 45 calendar days from receipt of required payment and final artwork or sample approval, whichever is later.
Case-pack quantity, unit-pack quantity, product packaging dimensions, carton quantity, carton measurements and barcode or UPC availability are confirmed by SKU in the quotation or order sheet.
Samples are charged at the quoted wholesale price plus freight. Any sample credit must be approved in writing before shipment. Customization MOQ and development timeline are quoted separately by product or SKU and begin after deposit, final brief and artwork approval.
Compliance or testing documents are supplied where applicable and available for the destination market. No compliance claim is valid unless confirmed by A Bit of Art in writing.
Wholesale merchandise is final sale except for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items. Written claims with photographs must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns require prior written authorization.
A Bit of Art aims to present products accurately; specifications, colors and images may vary slightly, and errors or omissions may be corrected. Product images, artwork, trademarks and designs may not be reproduced, altered or used beyond authorized resale without prior written permission.
