The standard opening order minimum is $300 net. The standard reorder minimum is $150 net, unless a written quotation states otherwise.

The standard MOQ is 12 units per SKU. Quantities from different SKUs cannot normally be combined to meet the MOQ. Any SKU-specific exception will be stated in your quotation.

Opening orders are prepaid. Approved repeat accounts may receive Net 30 terms. Payment methods are confirmed on the invoice and may include credit card or bank transfer.

Samples are available subject to quotation. They are charged at the quoted wholesale price plus freight unless a written sample-credit arrangement is approved in advance.

Retail partners can access product storytelling, display guidance, story cards, branded content and provenance information designed to help explain the collection and support discovery.

Standard production lead time is 45 calendar days from receipt of required payment and final artwork or sample approval, whichever is later. SKU-specific timing may vary.

Unless your quotation states otherwise, wholesale prices are quoted on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis and include door-to-door delivery, freight, import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges. Checkout-specific delivery options, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

Wholesale merchandise is final sale except for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items. Submit written claims with photographs within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns require prior written authorization.
