A Bit of Art

Jane Austen Co. x A Bit of Art — Austen Elegance

COLLECTION · A BIT OF ART

Pride and Prejudice

The Pride and Prejudice Fashion Collection

Inspired by Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, this collection interprets Regency courtship, wit, letters, gardens and evening assemblies through contemporary beauty and fashion accessories. Press-on nails and silk scarves give familiar characters and settings a wearable new form.

The British Library connection adds literary provenance, while coordinated designs create a strong capsule for Jane Austen readers and literary gift retail.

A natural new canvas.

Jane Austen Co. already brings literary wit, Regency styling and exclusive design into jewellery, accessories and gifts. Press-on nails are a natural new canvas: highly visual online, compact and giftable in store, and contemporary enough to invite a new form of self-expression without losing the romance and intelligence customers expect from the brand. A Bit of Art can begin with one hero set, then build a coherent series by heroine, novel, place or seasonal moment if the first launch earns an encore.

These existing Pride and Prejudice products show how character, place, wit and period ornament can become contemporary merchandise.

Bespoke hero concept

The bespoke hero: a Jane Austen Co. exclusive

Begin with one wearable, display-ready set built from an approved Jane Austen visual world. A considered mix of hero and coordinating nails keeps the manicure recognisable without making every fingertip compete: fine florals, cameo or silhouette details, quill-and-ink linework, pearl and garnet accents, and carefully selected quotation fragments. The packaging should carry the same story at a glance, so the product feels complete beside jewellery, accessories and exclusive gifts.

ELIZABETH BENNET

Obstinate, Headstrong & Impeccably Polished

Garnet, ivory and fine gold linework; botanical details; a poised silhouette accent; and one approved quotation treatment. Confident, witty and immediately giftable.

THE HEROINES

A Collectible Colour Story

A coordinated system inspired by existing heroine cues—garnet for Elizabeth, aquamarine for Anne, and topaz for Jane Austen—designed to begin as one set and extend into a series.

REGENCY CORRESPONDENCE

Sealed With Wit

Porcelain blue, cream and soft gold with quill, letter, ribbon and wax-seal motifs. A quieter, highly wearable route grounded in the pleasures of Austen's written world.

Working creative routes for buyer selection. Final artwork, quotations, brand assets and rights are subject to Jane Austen Co. approval and documented permission.

Custom product development

Your design, one joined-up route to shelf

A Bit of Art can connect the creative and operational work behind an exclusive launch. One programme carries the chosen direction through artwork adaptation, commercial validation, sampling, packaging, production, quality and delivery—giving Jane Austen Co. a clear route from an appealing idea to retail-ready stock.
